Every Tally operator knows the grind: a stack of supplier invoices, each one retyped field by field into a purchase voucher. At 5–10 minutes per invoice, a hundred invoices is two working days of pure data entry — plus the typos that surface at reconciliation time.
DataExtract reads the invoice with AI, validates the GSTIN, and generates Tally-compatible XML: a Purchase voucher with the party name, invoice reference, taxable value and CGST/SGST/IGST tax ledger amounts filled in. In TallyPrime you simply use the import function and the voucher appears ready to accept. What changes is not the accounting — just the typing.
PDF, JPG or PNG. Multi-page PDFs process page by page.
Party name, GSTIN, invoice number, line items and tax breakup are shown for review with uncertain values flagged.
In TallyPrime: Gateway of Tally → Import Data → select the downloaded XML. The voucher appears ready to accept.
Works with e-invoice PDFs, scans and phone photos. The AI rebuilds the line-item table before generating XML.
GSTIN checksum validation and HSN checks run before export, so bad data never reaches your company file.
See every extracted field with confidence highlights; fix anything in one click, then export. You stay in control of what enters Tally.
Prefer spreadsheet review first? Download a structured .xlsx as well, then bring approved rows into Tally.
The XML follows the Tally import schema used by TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9. Import it via Gateway of Tally → Import Data → Vouchers.
Tally matches parties and ledgers by name during import. If a party doesn't exist yet, create it once in Tally (or enable auto-creation in your import settings) and re-import.
Yes — photos and low-quality scans are routed through the AI vision pipeline. Values the model is unsure of are highlighted so you can correct them before generating the XML.
An invoice page costs points worth roughly ₹0.5–2.5 depending on options — versus 5–10 minutes of an operator's time. Try it free on this page first; no signup needed.
Uploads are encrypted in transit (256-bit TLS), never shared, and never used for model training. Delete documents from your library whenever you wish.
